Ronan doesn't give a fuck what Barry thinks, but he doesn't want to make Adam's life here harder than it has to be. He's willing to beat Barry half to death if he blinks the wrong way. Fortunately, that's not an issue.

He could have worse room mates. Ronan is just glad that he doesn't make things more difficult for Adam. Average is something that most people can live alongside if they have to, and Ronan knows that Adam has to for now. He's never even thought about offering to get Adam an apartment.

Wanting to punch someone in the face is a constant with Ronan. He's content enough that Barry doesn't make some asinine comment. Beyond that, Ronan is crap at judging what people are thinking and he can't puzzle out Barry's reaction to Adam.

Ronan smirks at Barry's response to him. "Yeah, well Adam happens to be a fucking genius." He shrugs in a 'maybe you should listen to him or leave him alone' sort of way.

At the invitation, Ronan's eyebrows go up. He watches Adam for a moment, the corner of his mouth twisting up in a smile that anyone with half a brain would be afraid of. "Might stop by for a little while," he responds.

Long enough to parade Adam around, let everyone know he's off limits then he and Adam can go have their own party.
